Notice Description
The council is wishing to procure a two storey rear extension and a single storey side extension to a residential home for foster carers. This is in order to provide additional bedrooms and living spaces to continue to care for additional children. In addition to the extensions, minor alterations will be carried out to the existing property, to create a ground floor shower room and to link the existing house to the new areas. Property address: 33 Silbury Road, Ashton, Bristol BS3 2QB. Bidders are to register and access www.socialvalueportal.com, portal to submit commitments alongside submitting a submission. 24hrs is required to register onto the portal. Deadline date for returning a submission is 20 March 2020 12noon. If you have any technical issues with either portals (Procontract or Social Value) please raise a message via procontract urgently.
