Notice Description

Coast and Country Housing are seeking to appoint a principal contractor to carry out the refurbishment works as scheduled to the "Wynd" building in Marske-by-the Sea, TS11 7LD. The Wynd is a building situated within the centre of Marske-by-the-Sea consisting of commercial properties to the ground floor and rented / private residential properties above. Scope Works to be completed and all as detailed within the schedule of works are; *Supply & Erection of the necessary Scaffolding. *Replacement of existing pitched roof coverings and associated roof works. *Brickwork repairs to the North and West Elevations and in-situ concrete repairs. *Canopy works as detailed within the scheduled of works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
