Pay and Grading and the Total Reward Strategy Consultancy The requirements are as follows: * Pay & Grading lead * To lead on the implementation of the pay and grading review * Analyse the current Total Reward landscape and working with other HR colleagues and Deloitte to agree a proposal which leads to the next point below * To provide a Total Reward strategy and roadmap for approval and pending on time start to deliver the first phase * Review the Reward and ER capability, make recommendations and support the Head of Ops to implement * Provide gravitas and expertise in the ER and Reward space, freeing up the HRD to step back and work on other org wide priorities
