Notice Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is embarking on an ambitious and transformational capital programme, worth over PS470M over a period of 5 years. This does not include the substantial investment which will be made by our partners (i.e. other public bodies across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire). Delivering this programme will have an extensive requirement for professional services, so the Council is establishing this framework to allow access to the services it requires. The framework is a multi-Lot approach, comprising: Lot 1A: Architectural Services (Small) Lot 1B: Architectural Services (Medium to Large) Lot 2: Building Surveying Lot 3: Employers Agent Lot 4: Cost Management/Quantity Surveying Lot 5: Facilities Management Advisory Lot 6: Planning Consultancy Lot 7: Mechanical & Electrical Design Lot 8A: Highway & Civil Engineering (for projects with a capital value of < PS1,000,000) Lot 8B: Highway & Civil Engineering (for projects with a capital value of PS1,000,000-plus) Lot 9: Fire Safety Management Lot 10: Project & Programme Management Lot 11: Legal Services (in connection with built environment transactions) Lot 12: Water & Environment Management (including Ground Investigation) Lot 13: Clerk of Works Services Lot 14: Principal Designer Services Lot 15: Transportation & Traffic Modelling Lot 16: Structural & Geotechnical Engineering
