Notice Description
This is a creative graphic design, print and distribution service contract for communications materials. There is no guarantee of work, and the contract is limited to PS30k pa per supplier. When need arises the contract holder(s) are invited to submit their proposals. The contract was circulated to known designers and agencies who were invited to tender. A rigid evaluation system with quality (inc portfolio evidence) (60%) price, 40% was used to select appointed suppliers.
