Notice Description

Copeland Borough Council, on behalf of a collaborative partnership, which includes the Council, Sellafield Ltd, Energy Coast West Cumbria Ltd and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, is seeking to appoint a provider of the following services to support the further development of the Industrial Solutions Hub (ISH) concept. In summary the services to be provided include; * Act as the single-entry point to the support and services provided for existing and new entrepreneurs both within the ISH project and elsewhere across the business support community in Cumbria and the north-west relating to, for example, business advice and support, funding and training * Support the operational development and activities of the ISH and its partners specifically supporting engagement with existing and new supply chain partners and resourcing business development opportunities from across Cumbria, the rest of the UK and internationally * Act as the operational entity to develop the Watershed and Buzz Station business centre and create an innovative start-up and micro business culture.
