Window Cleaning Oppportunity
Notice Description
PLEASE NOTE THIS AN OPPORTUNITY NOTICE. DEADLINE 12:00 on 15 MARCH 2023. Rooftop Housing is responsible for the window cleaning in circa 50 different blocks predominantly made up of general needs blocks but also including a variety of types of supported housing schemes which have staff on site. The sites are located across Worcestershire & Gloucestershire. This contract is primarily for the cleaning of exterior windows; however, a number of locations will also require internal window cleaning. Additionally, the service provider will also be required to complete a clean / clearance once per annum of all guttering to every applicable building. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option of an extension. The contract value and start date is estimated. The purpose of this opportunity is to alert the market of our intentions. We ask for interest to be expressed via email to procurement@rooftopgroup.org. The deadline for interest is 12:00 Wednesday 15 March 2023.
