Notice Description

We are looking for support to help us write summaries for the key pieces of EHS legislation held in our Republic of Ireland legal registers. A prescribed list of legislation is provided containing the titles of the legislation we require summaries for. For each piece of legislation, we will require: o A 'mini-summary'; a one to two line headline of what the legislation is about (max 50 words). o A plain-English summary of the legislation, written in line with our style guide. The summary should be split into a summary and a duties section. The summary should reflect the current applicability of the legislation (i.e. take account of any amendments, etc. that have been published). A copy of the style guide is attached. o Plain-English summaries of any amendments that have been made to that piece of legislation, also written in line with the style guide and in descending date order, from newest to oldest. o Provision of URL links to any guidance relevant to a piece of legislation that has been published by the Government or other recognised bodies. o A list of the suggested topic codes that should be associated with the legislation. This is used by our clients to aid them in putting the right legislation in their legal registers.
