Notice Description

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure overnight staff cover at our supported housing projects across the district of Maidstone, being primarily based at Trinity - a former church on Church Street in the centre of town, with an adjacent small Supported Housing project - next door in Marsham Street. The service will provide overnight concierge cover for the above two housing projects and an ad-hoc roaming service across the other sites in Maidstone - most notably Aylesbury House on London Road a 12 bed shared site, plus our other street properties which are used for temporary accommodation. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Thursday 23rd February 2023 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Thursday 23rd March 2023 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Thursday 30th March 2023 Evaluation: w/c Week commencing 3rd April 2023 Interviews: w/c 10th April 2023 Appointment of contractor: w/c week commencing 17th April 2023.
