Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to London South Bank University. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to support nurses on the programme to develop their skills and capabilities to lead complex change aligned to their organisation's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by London South Bank University * The course is associated with the Anionwu Lectures and specifically provides a programme in leadership for inclusivity based on the Anionwu values. * It supports the desired outcomes of the national WRES action plan in relation to Metric 4 &7 (M4 access to training opportunities) and 7 (provides equal opportunities for career progression or promotion M7 fair access to career progression. * LSBU has several supporters including Lord Dazi, Rio Ferdinand, Dame Barbara Sitwell, Dame Carol Black, and Dame Cicely Saunders. There is facilitated access to key leaders in EDI work, for example, Dame Donna Kinnair, Karen Bonner, Heather Caudle, Prof Emmanuel Anton, Marcus Riddle and Yvonne Coghill. * The LSBU has the ability to deliver within the required timeline as this is an already developed programme https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal. If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the eTendering Portal in the first instance within 30 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice.
