The current Handbook website is maintained by a third-party Contractor who provides the following services: * Monthly updating and consolidation of the Handbook online content plus Print-on-Demand services * Management of subscription services for the Handbook * Ad hoc updating and corrections to content on www.handbook.fca.org.uk as required. * Management of periodic improvements to support the usability of the Handbook website based on user feedback * Providing MI to the FCA for effective monitoring of service delivery and functions The Contractor currently uses database and content management solutions including XML editing and a pagination engine - all of which are contracted to third parties. The Hosting solution is provided by a third-party infrastructure provider. The current Service Support Desk is provided by an alternative third-party. Using an application that allows the FCA to report and track issues and incidents identified by users.
