* * * THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED * * * Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to appoint a Developer to bring forward Plot 1 and 2 of the Seam Phase 1 Digital Campus development for residential accommodation. This procurement will be run as a competitive procedure with negotiation, with this being the first stage, the selection questionnaire. Plot 1 and 2 opportunity specifically is worth PS18m to PS29m depending on the mix of the development proposed
