This engagement will be in the form of a market engagement questionnaire, which can be downloaded directly from ECC's e-procurement portal, here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/buyers/select/viewListStatus.html?id=278618853 To access this opportunity, you will need to use the following access code: 28J8K2MMRD This opportunity will be open from 18th September 2017 - you will be unable to access the portal prior to this. Responses should be issued back to ECC utilising the portal, by uploading the completed document before the deadline of 12pm on 6th October 2017.
