Background Information for the proposed Work Order Work is located on the M3 southbound entry slip at Junction 3 and compromises of surfacing improvement works in the southbound direction to rectify surface defects. The scheme covers a length of 0.445 lane km. 50mm surface and 60mm binder course has been designed to address the defects where surfacing is worn, potholed, and cracked. One set of MIDAS loops (M3/1457K) are included within the surfacing extents
