Paid Persons Representative(s) service will provide support to a Relevant Person who has no family or friendswho will and are able to act as an appropriate Relevant Persons Representative. A Relevant Person is a personwho lacks the capacity to decide upon where to reside and is either being considered or, is already residingwithin a care/nursing home or hospital, in which their required care or treatment amounts to a deprivation of liberty. Details of Lots awarded are as follows: Lot 1 -Adults with Learning Disabilities including Autism. Contracts were awarded to Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland (AULS&R) & Mosaic Leicester. Lot 2 - Adults with Mental Disorder: Contracts awarded to Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland (AULS&R) & Mosaic Leicester.
