Direct Award for the Legal Advisers for London and Continental Railways (LCR) Shareholder Team to support Network Rail's acquisition of DfT's shares in LCR.) The call-off contract shall commence on the 2nd May 2023 and the expiry date will be 1st November 2023 for a period of six months. The total contract value will be up to PS68,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply.
