The mini competition process was conducted under the CCS Framework Agreement (RM3733 - Mod and Pro5 technology products) via the Bluelight E-Procurement portal. The Microsoft licences are used largely throughout the organisation on every Server, Desktop Pc and Laptop. Durham Constabulary use Exchange to run our e-mail system and also use Microsoft products to Develop and run our Applications and Databases such as Dynamics, Sharepoint and SQL.
