NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG would like to inform potential providers of the potential procurements in 2017 for GP Medical Services (Via an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract) for the following Practices * Asquith Surgery, 693 Welford Rd, Leicester, LE2 6FQ List Size: 3602 * Beaumont Leys Health Centre, 1 Little Wood Close, Leicester, LE4 0UZ List Size: 6281 * Bowling Green Street Surgery, 1st Floor, 29-31 Bowling Green Street, Leicester LE1 6AS List Size: 3436 * Rushey Mead Health Centre, 8 Lockerbie Ave, Leicester, LE4 7ZX List Sizes: 4726 * Sayeed Medical Centre, 352 East Park Road, Leicester, LE5 5AY List Size: 4807 * Merlyn Vaz Health Centre, GP Practice 3, The Merlyn Vaz Health & Social Care Centre, 1 Spinney Hill Road, Leicester LE5 3GH - Subject to patient consultation on the option to merge with St Matthews Health & Community Centre List Size: 4533 * St Matthews Health & Community Centre, Prince Philip House, Malabar Rd, Leicester, LE1 2NZ - Subject to patient consultation on the option to merge with Merlyn Vaz Health Centre GP Practice 3 List Size: 3296 * Leicester City ASSIST Service (asylum seekers related practice), Current service location: 1a Clyde Street, Leicester, LE1 2BG plus a cohort of up to 60 patients that reside within the Wigston area.
