Progress Housing Group are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and adaption to The Spinney, Bromsgrove. This property is currently unoccupied. As existing the property is not suitable to meet tenants needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary. The works include the following Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters. Associated plumbing and M and E services to the refurbishment. Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. Extensive groundworks to the extensive external areas. This property will be vacant, however there is a tenant already confirmed and it is therefore important that the programme is delivered on time and as per the specification programme. The property is located on Old Birmingham Road and will be covered by the building regulations and a respective JCT building contract. It is beneficial that all bidders have some knowledge and experience, however there is an Employers Agent on this project who will assist in this process.
