The NFCC and the Staywise initiative https://staywise.co.uk/ is looking for a supplier to assist with the following: Market research Establish requirements of the target age group through comprehensive market research and data analysis including: Page style User experience Resource preferences Provide evidence and rationale for the proposed design of young person's area to complement the existing platform. Advise on preferred content delivery methods (i.e. games, short form video content etc.) to facilitate young people's engagement with the new area. Build New website pages must be built to be compatible with the Laravel framework utilising blade, scss (bootstrap 5), java script (jquery) as per existing website infrastructure. Must be compatible with all major browsers including on mobile devices. Design Young persons area must align with StayWise branding guidelines and complement the existing user interface. Design must be accessible and universally appealing to young people. Outcomes Provide a library of learning that can be trusted by educationalist and service personnel Reduce duplication in the creation of resources Reduce production costs of resources across the collaboration Improve the consistency of messaging Save teachers time in planning Impart critical safety messaging through core curriculum activity Increase the contact time young people have with key safety messages Reduce avoidable deaths and injuries The NFCC Children and Young People (CYP) Strategic Intent is 'To support all children and young people to be safe, healthy, resilient and achieve in the community'. The new user interface will reinforce a strong safety message throughout and so directly contribute to this strategic aim. The provision of high-quality age-appropriate prevention resources for use by FRSs ties into the NFCC mission, 'Supporting FRS to deliver safer communities'. The new Young Persons Area will deliver consistent safety education in a fun and engaging way.
