Notice Description

West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is looking for a provider for a domiciliary opticians service to WLMHT resident Service Users and can also supply basic prescriptions (at the very least) within the Trust location in and around West London. Our main concern is the diabetic population that we service and so must be able to provide eye tests (every 1-2 years). - The current waiting list is in excess of 50; however this will vary over time - Payment is usually according to standard allowance as per benefit received. However some may wish to pay/subsidise from their own funds for non-NHS spectacles WLMHT is looking to appoint a provider ASAP and therefore please contact Carole Springer, our Specialist Primary Care Nurse, on Carole.Springer@wlmht.nhs.uk at your earliest convenience for further details
