Notice Description

The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (the Authority) intends to procure a framework agreement for the provision of homecare medicines services for immunoglobulin therapy. Broadly this covers the dispensing and delivery of immunoglobulin products with associated equipment and ancillaries required for administration as well options for associated nurse led care in the patients home and includes: - Intravenous immunoglobulin - Sub-cutaneous immunoglobulin - Dispensing and delivery of immunoglobulin with associated equipment and ancillaries required for administration -Patient self-injection training -Product administration in the patients home The tender is anticipated to be undertaken under the open procedure. The Authority intends to apply an appropriate technical threshold and award bidders meeting this threshold to the framework agreement on an un-ranked basis. Based on current intelligence, it is anticipated that between 3 and 6 suppliers will be awarded. The resulting framework agreement will be for East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EoECPH) Members. Associate members are publicly funded entities, not EoECPH members, who sign the framework customer access agreement and are subsequently granted access to the framework agreement. Subject to successful application for associate membership this Framework Agreement will include, and be for the benefit of any publicly funded (both wholly and partially funded) entity in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. This will include, but is not limited to: Acute, Ambulance, Mental Health, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health and Care Trusts, Area Teams, Local Authorities and Special Health Authorities, HSC in Northern Ireland, NHS Scotland and NHS Wales, including any successor or emerging organisations, which will include but is not limited to the emerging landscape of combined health and social care commissioners and providers.
