Via Sub-lot 3.4 of CBC's Regeneration & Business Consultancy Framework, CBC have appointed a consultancy firm for the provision of urban design guidance regarding preapplication advice and the consideration of reserved matters applications for Parcels 3 & 4 within Area 3 of the Houghton Regis North Site 1 (Linmere) development. The development would be for approximately 188 dwellings.
