Notice Description

The initial part of the appointment is to produce an Architectural feasibility study following the production of an options appraisal arising out of liaison with the CYC management team and key stakeholders. The fee for this element of the design will be established by the submission of a resourced activity schedule. Selection of the consultant for the commission will also be based on a quality assessment details of which follow in later sections of this document. The second part of the appointment should the project advance to delivery stage will include for a multidisciplinary design team to design and deliver a bespoke disabled children's short breaks provision care facility including complex health and autism care in York, to include the following principle roles and associated management of other specialist contributing to the design, the fee for this element of the design will be established by the submission of a percentage fee rate to be applied to the final construction value which is expected to be around PS2.5m.
