Notice Description
This the tender for Poringland Parish Council's Grounds Maintenance. This year we have grouped the contracts to make each contract more appealing and extended some for more than one year. These are now: Contract one: Areas of Sensitivity (3 year contract) Contract two: Parks and Small Areas (2 year contract) Contract three: Large Areas (1 year contract) Contract four: Verges (1 year contract) The tender document to return is on the final page of each document, and this should be returned to me by Tuesday 14th December.

Poringland Parish Council is offering the following opportunities to tender for grounds maintenance contracts: 1) Areas of Sensitivity (cemetery and memorial garden) 3 year contract 2) Parks and small areas (Devlin Drive play area, Poringland Community Centre, Mulberry Green grounds maintenance, Playing Field grounds maintenance, Potters Way play area and The Ridings, Community Land, Trafalgar Square and Victory Avenue play area, Rosebery Avenue Amenity Land and park). 2 year contract 3) Large Areas (grass cutting and associated works of Mulberry Green and the Playing Field) 1 Year Contract 4) Verges 1 year contract DEADLINE FOR ALL TENDERS IS TUESDAY 14TH DECEMBER
