Harborough District Council intends to appoint property agents in respect of:- Lettings: i.the initial and ongoing lettings of "Grow on Space", Compass Point Business Park, Market Harborough; ii.the ongoing lettings at the Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Farm Business Park, Market Harborough and Management i.day-to-day property management of Compass Point, including operational, maintenance and financial management.
