SHREWSBURY & TELFORD HOSPITAL NHS TRUST (SY3 8XQ) main delivery point ROBERT JONES & AGES HUNT ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (SY1O 7AG) SHROPSHIRE COMMUNITY HEALTH NHS TRUST (SY3 8XL) We have stated 3 different quantities required PER WEEK for the next 12 months PLEASE NOTE - the attached Terms of Offer and NHS Terms & Conditions which would govern any agreements made following this exercise prices to be FIXED for the PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT - please state in Notes period you are able to fix prices if this is not possible. - Following evaluation of the offers submitted,competitive suppliers will be asked to supply SAMPLES of the product offered in order to confirm quality & conformity to standards stated. - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA283732.
