NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 June 2018 for the following reason: A confidentiality agreement will be made available from 12pm on Monday 4 June 2018, this must be completed and returned to CHL before tender documents are made available. The access code for the Confidentiality Agreement is 83897XQBG4 (this will be available from 12pm on Monday 4 June 2018). The ITT will be made available to those that have completed the Confidentiality Agreement ONLY. ITT will be available from 12pm Monday 11 June 2018 with a tender return deadline of 12pm Monday 25 June 2018.CHL is seeking to appoint an Employers Agent to administer the Development Agreement for approximately 177 affordable homes being delivered by Joint Venture Company Merton Catalyst LLP. This role's responsibilities only relate to the delivery of the affordable homes and the Development Agreement under which they will be delivered. To e opportunity can be found via the Authority's e-tendering portal (see https://www.delta-esourcing.com/). However a confidentiality agreement must be completed before tender documents will be made available. The access code for the opportunity is 83897XQBG4 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
