Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Helpforce The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to to support and coordinate the Volunteer to Career Programmes in up to fifteen NHS organisations HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by help force as a current supplier for the following reasons: - Comprehensive experience of the development of the Volunteer to Career programme and its resources including the self-assessment tool and provision of the tool's licence. - Experience of providing extensive technical advice and guidance to employers and other stakeholders including HEE, The Burdett Trust for Nursing and NHS trusts. - Technical expertise in the development of the Volunteer to Career programme, the self-assessment tool and the interface and learning between these. - Demonstrable evidence of being able to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information and supporting the delivery of such information to a wide range of differing groups, often at a very senior level. - Well versed in the management of remote working networks, and able to facilitate monthly induction meetings, training workshops and reference group meetings while ensuring communication and sharing of best practice. - Providing support to NHS trusts to design and deliver purposeful Volunteer to Career initiatives according to local trust workforce strategic priorities. https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal.
