Notice Description

The London Borough of Hackney (The Council) is currently undertaking a commissioning programme to determine future delivery options for its Parking Enforcement Agent contract and vehicle removal services. This will include: Provision of collection of outstanding Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) debt Provision of removal of vehicles that fall into the relevant category Provision of pound and office (including customer service to check documents and take payments). Provision of removal operation IT systems (including removal truck monitoring, deployment and job allocation). The Council would like to understand from leading providers how these requirements might best be met and is, therefore, carrying out a soft market testing exercise to engage in early informal dialogue, prior to any formal procurement taking place. Organizations that are interested in participating in this exercise are invited to complete the below questionnaire and submit via the ProContract eTendering Portal. The closing date for written responses is 12.00PM on Thursday 13 February 2020. We require all responses in writing, however there is an opportunity for a meeting in the week commencing 27/01/2020. Additional information: This soft market testing exercise will be administered via an e-procurement system called ProContract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the questionnaire and submit a response.
