Offshore Wind Tech Investment Fund Manager

Notice Description

The ORE Catapult is seeking a Offshore Wind Tech Investment Fund ("OWTIF") Manager to design, deliver, administer and financially manage the OWTIF. The OWTIF Manager must be a UK based Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") approved fund manager. The OWTIF Manager shall collaborate with the ORE Catapult to submit an application to the BBB ECF fund. The OWTIF Manager shall serve as the primary contact between the ORE Catapult, British Business Bank ("BBB"), portfolio companies and prospects. This Invitation to Participate ("ITP") has been issued by ORE Catapult as part of a competitive procurement exercise in accordance with the "Competitive procedure with Negotiation" for tendering under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time). The "Competitive procedures with Negotiation" may take place in successive stages in order to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated by applying the award criteria specified in the evaluation criteria as published in the ITP document. The minimum requirements and the award criteria shall not be subject to negotiation.
