Notice Description

Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS FT (SHSC) are tendering for the provision of a Crisis House service with 24 hour helpline for people who are experiencing acute mental health problems. It will operate a 24-7 service all year round and will be an integral part of the service users acute care pathway. The crisis house staff must work collaboratively with SHSC community staff to provide high quality, recovery focused care as an alternative to hospital care. You will be required to provide a property with a minimum of 6 bedrooms, at least 1 of which must be accessible for individuals with physical health or mobility needs. The property must have sufficient bathroom and toilet facilities as well as fit for purpose living and kitchen areas. The property must be located in a residential area with access to a private outside area. It is vital that the property has easy access to local amenities and good public transport links.
