Notice Description

This framework covers all electrical works, upgrades, rewires and repairs required by our Commercial Team. Contractors must be able to work across a spectrum of different building types. The electrical Contractors will undertake; electrical repairs, rewires and installation upgrades to Nottingham City Homes commercial buildings.During the life of the framework, Contractors may be requested to undertake one-off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large-scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations, commercial kitchens, leisure centres. The Framework will improve safety to reduce legal risks and increase productivity through safe and reliable equipment. The successful Contractors must be suitably qualified and have a wealth of experience to undertake commercial electrical works, inspections and testing within multi occupancy accommodation and Contracting Authority organisations ranging from commercial offices, schools (inc kitchens), leisure centres and any properties managed by Nottingham City Homes. The successful Contractors will be expected to conduct the services provided through this framework to domestic properties, commercial properties typically consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock, bungalows, blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, communal buildings, corporate buildings, schools, and depots and any other building owned and/or managed by Nottingham City Homes. We anticipate the potential total value of the works to be between PS1,000,000 and PS5,000,000
