The Council is seeking submissions from suitably skilled and experienced organisations to provide a befriending network service. The overall aim of the befriending network is to increase social contact and reduce loneliness and isolation of older people within Hartlepool. The following service outcomes have been identified: * Improved emotional well-being * Develop and maintain social networks. * Support people to participate in their communities * Reduced loneliness and isolation Full details of the tender process and evaluation are provided in the tender documents. Interested Organisations wishing to register an interest and download the tender documents, should apply via the ProContract e-tendering portal. https://procontract.due-north.com Registration is Free of charge All completed documentation for this tender must be uploaded via the ProContract e-tendering portal Only and submitted no later than 2.00pm on Monday, 19th July 2021.
