Contract for Community Short Break Services
Notice Description
The contract for community short breaks service offer will provide a range of activities into local community venues for children and young people with special educational needs and/ or disabilities aged between 5-25 across County Durham as below:- * Lot 1 Durham and Chester le Street * Lot 2 Easington * Lot 3 Sedgefield * Lot 4 The Dales * Lot 5 Derwentside There will also be an opportunity for families to access family breaks which will be delivered on a county-wide basis. * Lot 6 Family Activities within County Durham.
