The University has awarded a contract for a main contractor for the WSMSE Relocation to Reginald Mitchell Building - Refurbishment Works. This notice is for transparency purposes only. Total value of the contract including both Pre-Construction and Construction stages allowing for modifications to scope during design phase is estimated to be approximately PS6.9m. Figures quoted earlier are for pre construction phase only.
