Notice Description
Applicants are invited to submit bids to carry out the testing (detection1, enumeration and antimicrobial susceptibility testing) of the prepacked, raw, farmed salmon fillets sampled at retail in the UK for E. coli and Listeria spp., as specified in Table 1 below.
