SW Agency Services for Disposal of County Hall Estate
Notice Description
Surrey County Council is vacating County Hall (target 2020). Staff currently working there will be relocated to other properties in Surrey. The County Council is seeking proposals from property consultants to provide an agency service to dispose of its freehold and/or leasehold interests in: * Surrey County Hall * Adjoining Former Offices and Lounge at County Hall site * 5-7 Milner Road (residential) rear of Former Offices and Lounge * Bittoms car park (freehold and long leasehold) The proposal from bidders is to include all tasks up to legal completion (including any pre disposal work that is agreed necessary) with an associated fee budget. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
