The sixteen academic Schools within the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) employ Student Coaches to work one-to-one with students who need additional support to complete their studies. A significant proportion of the work supports student's ongoing mental health conditions, using a broad range of coaching skills and signposting to best support each student. The University requires Coaching Supervision to support our internal group of Student Coaches. Note that the Student Coaches are employees of the University, whose coaching clients are students studying at the University.
