Notice Description

Halton Borough Council's Record Management Unit (RMU) are seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to deliver, install and maintain a High Quality Production Scanner within their section. The aim of the Production Scanner is to provide: - * Additional resource within the facility to support officers with workload of production high quality images and avoid backlogs. * The increase in services offered by the RMU and promote efficiencies throughout the Council. The aim of the RMU is to provide effective records management of paper records produced by all teams across the Council, and electronic management by providing a corporate digitisation facility to back scan existing paper records where appropriate, and to fulfil current and future scanning requests.
