Provision of a Treskey T-3002M Manual Die Bonder and Accessories to the University of Birmingham. This equipment is used by various institutes across the UK for the CERN LHC ATLAS ITK upgrade project. For consistency of quality control it is a requirement that everyone uses the same equipment and the grant funding specifies this supplier be used to maintain the integrity of the research with other institutes.
