St Helens Council Heritage Strategy
Notice Description
St Helens Council wishes to appoint a supplier to develop a St Helens Heritage Strategy and Delivery Plan. The outcome will be a comprehensive St Helens Heritage Strategy for use across the borough. The project deliverables will include (but not limited to) *A background research report setting out the context of the Heritage Strategy, the challenges and opportunities. *A strategy document, identifying high level priorities and setting out a framework of core programmes over the following five years. *A delivery plan. Support is also required to help specify and arrange proposals for celebrating the Rainhill Trials in 2019. A day-rate cost for this element of the work should be provided.
