Notice Description

Deloitte has previously supported the CPCA in the provision of a Phase 1 version Delivery Strategy which set out the framework for the project including timescales and key activities. Moving forward, the CPCA now need to further develop key aspects of the the strategy to facilitate the progression of the project. CAM Delivery Strategy Version 2.0 Scope Deloitte will, in the provision of version 2.0 of the CAM delivery strategy, develop the technical options and key parts of the strategy further, specifically addressing the priorities for the CAM programme in accordance with the agreed programme, to ensure the efficient development of the Programme Business Case in 2021.
