Allman Woodcock Ltd are appointed by Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Council) as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for the above project. On behalf of the Council, you are invited to tender for the project which consists of the Subdivision of former guest house to provide two new residential dwellings at Bath Hill Terrace in Great Yarmouth Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
