(Block Contracts) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for Young Parents aged 16-24. (Block Contracts) Framework Agreement for spot purchase provision for semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for young people aged 16-21 (up to 25 if eligible) who are either Children Looked After or Care Leavers and for Young People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless aged 16-25.
