Notice Description

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (the Authority) working on behalf of Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is seeking expressions of interest from Suppliers of offsite mortuary services to support Lincolnshire Community Hospitals and The Butterfly Hospice in Boston on a free of charge basis for an agreed period of time. These services will only be required when a patient has not chosen a funeral director at the time of their passing. There is no guarantee of service uptake. It is the patient's next-of-kin and/or family regarding choice of funeral director for their loved one/ family member, there should be no attempt to influence this decision. Due to technical issues with the new procurement portal the deadline for submission has been extended.
