Notice Description
The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its Full members consisting of 23 Universities. NWUPC set up and contract manage Framework Agreements which are established to ensure compliance with the European Procurement Regulations which cover Public Sector contracts over a certain threshold value. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of a framework agreement for cleaning equipment for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPCand SUPC. NWUPC are taking a lead role in establishing the Framework on behalf of members of the NWUPCand the other regional consortia. To this end, NWUPC are seeking the input of the market on a number of areasto help inform the structure of the Framework and the scope of requirements. The provisional scope of the procurement includes, but is not limited to: purchase, hire, lease and maintenance of cleaning equipment including: scrubber-dryers, sweeper-scrubbers, sweepers, carpet extractors/upholstery cleaners, floor burnishers/single disc machines, vacuums, pressure washers, parts, accessories and consumables. Please complete the survey at the following link: https://enp.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/nwupc-cleaning-equipment-market-survey The deadline for survey responses is 08.07.2018 Completion of this questionnaire and any involvement in this market engagement does not confer any right or expectation that the organisation will be selected for any further tender should a procurement exercise be undertaken. By participating in the market engagement questionnaire, you are undertaking that you are authorised to supply any information you provide, and that you understand and agree that: -Participation in this market engagement will not include or preclude any organisation from participating in anyfuture procurement exercise. -The outcome of the market engagement will aid the Consortium's development of its tender strategy and will not favour any single response to the market engagement. -No information provided in the response to the market engagement will be used in any evaluation of anysubsequent response to a procurement exercise. -The outcomes of the market engagement will become the sole property of the Consortium. -The Consortium reserves the right to disclose the outcomes of the market engagement with partner Consortiaand their Members, and NWUPC Member organisations.
