Bournemouth Towns Fund Business Plan

Notice Description

BCP Council are seeking an experienced Consultant to prepare a series of Business Plans for projects in the Bournemouth Town Investment Plan. The Bournemouth Town Investment Plan was submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for consideration on 30th October 2020 and was approved on 3 March 2021. We now require support to develop robust business plans. Details of the Bournemouth Towns Fund are available on the web site: https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/News/News-Features/Towns-Fund/Towns-Fund.aspx Full business cases need to be developed in accordance with HM Treasury's Green Book appraisal and evaluation methodology, MHCLG's Towns Fund guidance and Towns Fund (stage two) business case development guidance. The consultants will be required to use the approved Towns Fund Summary Document and Business Case Template. (Please refer to Appendix 3).
