Notice Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking to engage with providers for the delivery of an outstanding Young Carers Support Service that will prioritise a specific cohort of children/young people aged 8 to 18 years (up to their 19th birthday around transition to adulthood). This service will aim to promote and improve the health and wellbeing of young carers where their caring role has been assessed as having a negative impact on their own education, their ability to form friendships or undertake social activities and pursuits. Thus, supporting young carers to enjoy their childhoods and meet their educational achievement and potential despite their caring roles & responsibilities. IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY: Friday 28th June 2024 12:00 Noon Submission of response to a soft Market Test Questionnaire which can be accessed via the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/3HWFFYJTFq Friday 28th June 2024 12:00 Noon Submission of any feedback in terms of the DRAFT Service ~Specification via the YorTender portal MESSAGING function. Friday 1st July 2024 12:00 Noon Deadline for registering expression of interest in attending the event and for providing attendee details via the messaging function within the YorTender Portal. Wednesday 3rd July 2024 between 10:30 am and 12 Noon Market Engagement Event via Microsoft Teams It is expected that the future opportunity will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Please refer to the Find a Tender Notice for this procurement (Attached) for for further information and details of how to access the DRAFT Specification and for information on how to submit details of delegates you would like to send to the event.
