Notice Description

The tender is for the provision of a package goods and services to provide a closed pool bike scheme for Hackney Council employees. This invitation to tender is for a complete solution, consisting of the following 4 scheme elements. Suppliers are encouraged to bid for all elements, but may choose which elements they bid for and submit a bid in partnership with another organisation or subcontract the delivery of some elements to a third party. All 4 scheme elements must be delivered and operational by March 2019. Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called Pro Contract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the documentation and submit a tender. To register as a supplier on Pro Contract please visit the London's Tenders Portal at:https://www.londontenders.org/ click on the 'Suppliers' Area' link to the left. On the right hand side you will see a green 'register' icon, click on this and begin the supplier registration process.
